With a Master's degree in Natural Resources from Auburn University and a strong background in applying ecological principles, I bring multiple years of experience as a professional wildlife biologist within the USDA to wildlife management. Through this experience, combined with my experience as a former Army Infantry Officer, I have developed a results-oriented approach and the ability to effectively manage complex projects in challenging environments. I have done extensive work with federal agencies, municipalities, and private landowners; giving me a unique perspective on the diverse challenges and opportunities in this field. My expertise spans a diverse range of areas, including:

  • Wildlife Habitat Management Planning: Developing and implementing comprehensive plans for various ecosystems, including habitat assessments, and planning for the use of fire and herbicide.

  • Ecological Expertise: Designing management strategies focused on species maximization and damage mitigation.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Navigating complex regulatory requirements and permitting processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively engaging with landowners, government agencies, and diverse stakeholders.

  • Wildlife Damage Management: Implementing strategies and hands-on techniques to mitigate human-wildlife conflicts.

  • Wildlife Surveys: Designing and conducting wildlife surveys, including point count and camera surveys, data analysis, and habitat evaluations.

I am dedicated to delivering effective, science-based solutions that meet the unique needs of each project and contribute to the long-term health of our natural resources and your property.
